I think its time for a little payback.I was gonna use the Old"Hand in warm cup of water" Trick but I have heard mixed reviews on its sucess. Any suggestions?

get a spray bottle and fill it with water and just spray her and make it look like she peed the bed or put some shaving cream way in her shoe so she cant see it when she puts it on or put some in her hand and take a long peice of hair and slowly pull it over her face ( lmao i do this to my husband ) then it will tickle her face and if she is anything like my husband she will be hitting her face in her sleep trying to get that itch haha good luck

He manages me long distance and he does not understand my real needs.Because of this I am unable to provide accurate information and management in the company are asking me lots of questions. I have mentioned the issue to him several times but I got no response. Out of frustration I communicated management the issues I am experiencing. I hope I don’t get fired by my boss.
I like what I do but I hate the constant political issues.

If he fired you for that I think you had a real case of unfair dismissal. Keep all records of any communication you’ve had with him asking for training tools and any response he has made in case anyone wants proof. I think you just carry on as normal unless he says something. It sounds like you dealt with it in the right way, it’s not nice to rat someone out but if you’re not getting what you deserve then you need to let someone know. Good on you. I hope you don’t get fired.

Once I bought a roll of caution tape from Home Depot on sale. I wrapped some of the seats in the tape, I put "racing stripes" with the tape on the side of the car, I hung them as streamers in the trunk, I cut out the word "caution" and hid pieces all over the car, I cut the word out and taped it to the bumper like a bumper sticker, and a few other things…
