I Worked as a religious motivator for volunteer work.How should i mention it in my resume?
i encouraged them to stick to their religion , participate in music competitions, organised religious events , inspired them to donate blood, collect money for donation.
what should i say for my title ?
i dnt think religious motivator is apt enuf ?
also how can i better sumarize my contributions fr dis cause in a couple of good points ?

My husband and I are trying to figure a way I can be a SAHM with our first baby. I need to figure out a Work schedule in case I have to work 32 hours a week. My mom has a daycare so my baby would be with her if I worked.
What schedule would be best when I have a newborn baby:
Monday-Friday: 9:30am to 4pm
Tuesday-Friday: 8am to 4pm (Have Mondays off)
Monday-Friday: 10:00 to 4:30pm
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 8am to 4pm (Have Wednesdays off)
Any ideas? If I work I have to work 32 hours to keep our medical insurance and I CAN’T work from home.
if it were me, i’d take the schedule with wednesdays off. that way you can have a break in the middle of the work week to spend with the baby.

I work for a small company of three people who does residential and decorative concrete. Due to lack of Work, I have lots of time on my hands and want to get more work for the struggling company I work for. I’ve made a website already with pictures. What’s the most effective way for a small construction business to advertise? Fliers don’t seem to work. I refuse to go door to door and bother people. Servicemagic has turned into a joke.
Any ideas? No smart asses please. Thanks.
Who actually does the buying? The homeowner buys and self-installs everything? Or the contractor recommends products, etc, and the buyer makes the final selection? Or is this high-end and landscape designers, architects, etc, need to know more about your products? TARGET your market!
A website is necessary, but not enough. Do you have a really good professional brochure with photos & descriptions? Has your company solved design problems for architects, or construction problems for contractors, or helped a customer solve some sort of issue? A white paper detailing info for the pros, or case studies of actual projects & problems solved, written by a professional who specializes in writing white papers & case studies!, needs to go out to relevant target markets, handout when inquiries come in, etc. If you want people to give you business, give them something useful which helps them solve a problem & see your company as their solution.
That said, the construction industry is at the lowest level in decades, and signs of sinking some more abound. You need a marketing pro, a professional writer who can actually analyze your needs & produce your marketing collateral materials. Not a time to make any mistakes or hire less than the best. It is absolutely imperative that your company look like top of the line professionals in products, services, marketing, even answering the phone. Times are excruciatingly tough.
